The policy

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 50% of the course. One sentence, no fine print.

How it works

Email [email protected] from your account email with the course name. Requests are reviewed against the two conditions above and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. A refund revokes course access; certificates already issued remain valid records.

Where this sits legally

EU law lets digital content providers deliver immediately when you expressly waive the 14-day withdrawal right, which you do at checkout. This policy is Astacity's voluntary commitment layered on top of that waiver — it exists because a learner who genuinely bounced off a course within two weeks shouldn't have to argue about it.
