Reporting infringing content

If you believe content on Astacity infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: (1) the URL of the content, (2) identification of the copyrighted work, (3) your contact details, (4) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.

What happens next

Substantiated notices are actioned within 24 hours — typically by immediately unpublishing the content pending investigation. The uploading instructor is notified and may submit a counter-notice. Repeat infringers lose authoring access permanently.

Exam content

Astacity enforces a bright line against real certification-exam content ("brain dumps"). Reports of verbatim or paraphrased actual exam questions are treated with the same 24-hour urgency — from certification bodies or anyone else.
